Orders generated through BriskHeal Basket shipped from our Cuttack Location warehouse by courier or available logistics partners. We assure you faster and safe delivery of products at your destination unless any un-avoidable circumstances, that may hamper smooth delivery of products. Our courier and logistic partners are best in their respective field and we do not cater our demands through poor service providers. We take normally 48 hrs to dispatch order booked in our portal. Keeping Covid-19 situations in mind we may cease dispatch with proper intimation and necessary steps will be taken to refund amount, if any delays, occurred at our end.
We expect our logistic partner to deliver products in working hours. However any delay done by them, we are not going to be held responsible for that.
We are not responsible for damage of stocks after delivery.
All claims of shortages or damages must be informed within 48 hours of delivery.
