    Kutki (Picrorhiza kurrooa)

    Used medicinally for more than 5000 years has its place in ancient, classical Ayurveda texts. Kutki know for its liver protecting and healing properties. Kutki is bitter but cooling, cleansing and anti-bacterial by nature. Kutki balance Kapha and Pitta doshas. Important enzyme called ‘Kutkin’ or ‘picroliv’ available in high quantity which cleanse out toxins, kills bad germs which can impact healthy liver. Hepatoprotective herb hence has a place in our VediCana Liver Tonic.

    Bhumi Amla (Phyllanthus niruri )

    Supports liver health and aids in liver detoxification. Traditionally used for treating hepatitis and jaundice. Exhibits hepatoprotective, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties.

    Bhringraj (Eclipta alba)

    Supports healthy liver as it protects the liver from toxic substances and used for the treatment of hepatic disorders. Antioxidant properties lowers toxic loads hence improve its functioning. Study proved Bringraj display a hepato-protective action enabling regeneration of liver cells.

    Baibidarg (Embellia ribes)

    Commonly known as vidanga known for its usefulness in jaundice. Rich antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties along with works as a hepatoprotective.

    Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia)

    Combat acute and chronic inflammation and promotes a balanced immune response. Due to its immune stimulant mechanism suppresses chronic liver disorders.

    Sirfunka (Tephrosia purpurea linn)

    Potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and free radical scavenging properties. Able to protect hepatic tissues from metal induces free radicals and prevents necrosis of hepatic cells.

    Pipal (Piper longum linn)

    Harar (Terminalia chebula)
